Funeral services for Alisa Dolores Aycock Thomas, 42, of Alto, were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, with the Rev. Raymond Payne officiating. Burial followed in New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Thomas died Friday, Oct. 5, 2012, following a sudden illness.

She was born April 22, 1970, in Gainesville.

Mrs. Thomas attended Alto Baptist Church and was a dedicated wife and mother.

Survivors include her husband, Tim Thomas of Alto; parents, George and Verna Aycock of Alto; son, Rylee Thomas of Alto; and brother and sister-in-law, Bruce and Donna Aycock of Aiken, S.C.
