Born June 13, 1954, in Rabun County, he was the son of Hobert Gragg and the late Ann Tyler Gragg. Bobby was a self-employed logger.
Survivors include his father, Hobert Gragg of Demorest; special friends, Denise Watts and Willie Watts of Clarkesville; brothers, Lonnie Gragg of Toccoa, Leroy Gragg of Cleveland, Bruce Gragg of Homer; and sisters, Carol Moore of Demorest and Kathy Bryant of Mt. Airy.
