Bynum F. Lovell, 89, of Clarkesville, died at his residence Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013.

Born in Clarkesville, he was the son of the late Carlton and Bertha Nicholson Lovell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Isaac Lovell, Earl Lovell, Buren Lovell, Hobert Lovell, and one sister, Edith Masters.

Bynum was a self-employed piano technician and was known as the best piano technician in North Georgia. He also taught school at the Blind Academy in Macon.

Bynum is survived by one brother, Hebron Lovell of Clarkesville, and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family received friends at the funeral home Saturday, Jan. 19.
