Funeral services for Gavin Duran Bellotte, 28, of Cornelia, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6, at Lula Worship Center with the Rev. Levi Skipper and the Rev. Bobby Griffin officiating. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery in Lula.

Mr. Bellotte died Sunday, Jan. 1, 2012, at his residence.

Born Jan. 25, 1983, in Hall County, he was the son of Herbert Gregory and Shelby Jean Ward Bellotte of Cornelia.

Duran was formerly employed in the shipping department at Akzo Nobel and was of the Christian faith. He was a loving father, son, brother.

In addition to his parents, surviving are daughter, Olivia Jade Bellotte of Banks County; sister and brother-in-law, Ginger Michele and Rusty Grindle of Gainesville; and nieces, Sydney and Shelby Grindle.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 5.
