Mr. Roberts died Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012, at his residence following an extended illness.
Born June 17, 1946, in Helen, he was the son of the late Harold (Happy) and Eula Henderson Roberts. Mr. Roberts also was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Daniels Roberts.
Mr. Roberts worked at Eula’s Nursery for many years and was a member of Blue Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include his sisters, Barbara Black of Cleveland, Vivian Jarrard of Cleveland; brothers and sisters-in-law, Harold Jr. and Martha Roberts of Cleveland, Johnny and Karen Roberts of Clarkesville; brother, Xavier Roberts of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. today, Aug. 17, at the funeral home.
