Mrs. Cope died Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at her residence.
Born Feb. 4, 1956, in Utica, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Nicola and Patricia Gray LeoGrande.
Mrs. Cope was a former business owner of Papa’s Pizza To Go and was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed nature and was a wonderful cook. Her family was very important to her, but there was always a special place in her heart for her critters.
Survivors include her husband of 19 years, Joe Cope of Clarkesville; daughters, Angela Hogan (Hays Davis) of Roswell and Felicia Ward (Joshua) of Demorest; son, Joseph Cope of Camdenton, Mo.; sisters, Sandra Hoose of Mt. Airy, Rachel Dixon of Cornelia and B.J. Martin of Cornelia; grandchildren, Eric Davis of Roswell, Keegan Ward, Gavin Ward and Aidan Ward, all of Demorest; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, as well as her critters, also survive.
