Graveside memorial services for Doris Lillian Ramey, 80, of Clarkesville, will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 26, at the Jones Family Cemetery, Ben Jones Road, Clarkesville.

Ms. Ramey died Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011, following an extended illness.

Born Jan. 12, 1931, in Clarkesville, she was the daughter of the late Albert L. and Ida Esther Jones Ramey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Ernest, Paul, Bill and Clifford Ramey; and her sisters, Patsy Ann Ramey and Carolyn Ramey.

Ms. Ramey was of the Baptist Faith and a dedicated homemaker.

Survivors include her sisters, Cleo Reddick of Sterlington, La., Mary Collier of Clarkesville, Grace Kenly of Monroe, La., Evelyn Costa of Clarkesville, Brenda Wade of Alto; brother, Robert Ramey of Norcross; and a number of nieces and nephews.
