Funeral services for Susan Kay Stowe, 64, of Clarkesville, were held at 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, at Bethlehem Baptist Church with Dr. Bob Horner and Dr. Bill Cashion officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery. The Bethlehem Baptist Church Esther Sunday School class served as honorary pallbearers.

Mrs. Stowe died Sunday, April 29, 2012.

Born June 30, 1947, in Macon, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Ada Mackey Arthur.

Mrs. Stowe was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Esther Sunday School class. Mrs. Stowe worked in interior decorator sales at Treasures for Your Home in Gainesville.

Survivors include her husband, the Rev. Tommy Stowe of Clarkesville; daughters and sons-in-law, Pam and John Stricklen of Daytona Beach, Fla., and Tonya and Walt Koscica of Douglasville; son, Patrick Stowe of Villa Rica; brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Audra Arthur of Dexter; as well as grandchildren, Sarah Adams and husband Mitch, Kimberlee and Katherine Koscica, Emily and Abby Stricklen.
