Graveside services for Charles Lee Sullivan, 70, of Homer, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 31, at Banks Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Jim McLendon officiating.

Mr. Sullivan died Tuesday, May 29, 2012, at his residence.

Born in Clarkesville, he was the son of the late Emory Keets and Edith Chambers Sullivan.

Mr. Sullivan was the owner and operator of Charles L. Sullivan Construction Inc., member of Homer United Methodist Church and was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Homer for 30 years.

Mr. Sullivan was a devoted father, brother, uncle, grandfather, great-grandfather, and a friend to all.

Mr. Sullivan is survived by his wife of 27 years, Nancy Fincher Sullivan of Homer.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today, May 30.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Homer United Methodist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 37, Homer, GA 30547 in memory of Charles Sullivan.

Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
