Mrs. Arrendale died Monday, June 11, 2012, at Habersham Home.
Born Oct. 17, 1915, in Mt. Airy, she was the daughter of the late Harrison and Myrtle Harper Clark. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Meaks Arrendale, and sister, Ethel Hunt.
Mrs. Arrendale was a homemaker and a dietician and cook in the Habersham County School System. She was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sons, Bill Arrendale of Seattle, Wash., Lamar Arrendale of Douglasville, and Jerry Arrendale of St. Peters, Mo.; sisters, Murrell Southerland and Catherine Moseley; brother, William Lee; as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
