Mr. May died Aug. 22, 2012.
Born Nov. 27, 1949, in Prescott, Ark., he was the son of the late Noel and Mary Elmore May.
Mr. May was a press brake operator at Habersham Metal Products.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Hamilton May of Homer; daughters, Terrie J. Ellerbee of Dahlonega and Tammy S. Miller of Clarkesville; son, Stacy D. Medlock of Homer; brother, Jerry Hillery, and sister, Barbara Baker, of Arkansas; grandchildren, Corbin Martin, Kayla Waters (Jeffrey), Karen Martin and Kristi Medlock; great-grandchildren, Cadie Medlock and Morgan Waters; and his beloved dog “Jack.”
