Mr. Mann died Oct. 6, 2012, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 31, 1939, in Warren, Ohio. He graduated from Miami High School in Miami, Fla., and was a United States Army veteran. Mr. Mann was retired from Habersham County Board of Education. He was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include his wife, Ursula E. Mann of Mt. Airy; son and daughter-in-law, Michael A. and Kimberly Mann; sister-in-law, Phyllis; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
