Mrs. Williams died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at Habersham Home.
Born Feb. 27, 1917, in Green County, she was the daughter of the late Tolbert and Lula Smith Bramlett. In addition to her parents, she also was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Williams; two infant sons and brothers, Gene Bramlett, Roy Bramlett, Nelson Bramlett, Jim Bramlett and Stoy Bramlett.
Mrs. Williams was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, especially her roses which received several awards. She was a member of Clarkesville Baptist Church where she was known for baking bread that was used for communion.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Lou and Franklin Martin of Dillard; son and daughter-in-law, Howard and Louise Williams of Demorest; grandchildren, Shannon (Kevin) Hill, Shelia Williams and Robert (Lois) Waymire; great-grandchildren, Fiona, Keely and Aidan Waymire; sister, Mary Ell Palmer of Demorest.
