Funeral services for Blake Allison, 17, of Cornelia, will be held at 2 p.m. today, March 8, at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, with Rick Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Allison died suddenly Monday, March 4, 2013, at his residence.

Born Nov. 1, 1995, in Habersham County, he was the son of Laura Sosebee Allison of Cornelia and Edward Allison of Clarkesville.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ross Sosebee.

Blake was a junior at Habersham Central High School.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his stepmother, Ramonia Allison of Clarkesville; sister, Kaitlyn Allison of Cornelia; his nana, Dee Sosebee of Cornelia; paternal grandparents, Jimmie and Lynnette Allison of Cornelia; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
