No formal services are planned at this time for Russell David Morse, 70, of Cornelia.

Mr. Morse died Thursday, April 18, 2013, at Habersham Medical Center.

Born Nov. 1, 1942, in Salem, Mass., he was a son of the late Russell A. and Evelyn Burke Morse.

Mr. Morse was the owner of Bicycles & More. He loved fishing, was an avid race car fan, enjoyed vegetable gardening and building scale models of World War II airplanes.

Survivors include wife of 42-1/2 years, Carolyn Willey Morse of Cornelia; daughters, Noel Morse of Sarasota, Fla., and Erica Morse of Alto; brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Hope Morse of Kissimmee, Fla.; sister, Patricia Morse of Sarasota, Fla.; sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Samuel Stella of Wakefield, Mass.; grandchildren, Ryanne Rogers of Tampa, Fla., Michael Canady of Dadeville, Ala., and Kyleigh Goode of Alto; several nieces and cousins.

Mr. Morse’s wishes were to be cremated.
