Funeral services for Charles 'Chuck' Derrick Standridge, 50, of Cleveland were held Monday, Aug. 2, at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Lewis Fortner and the Rev. Ronald Wilson officiated. Interment followed at Yonah View Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Standridge passed away Friday, July 30, 2021.
Born Sept. 24, 1970, he was the son of Barbara Standridge and the late Charles William Standridge.
Chuck was a loving husband, stepfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend who will be greatly missed. He was a proud Navy Veteran who loved his family and his Country.
Survivors include his wife and best friend, Freda Fortner Standridge; sons, Austin Seabolt and Alex Seabolt; mother, Barbara Standridge; sister and brother-in-law, Deena and Marvin Cowart; nephews, Mitchell Abernathy, and Alex Cowart; nieces, Laray, Kiersten and Madison Abernathy; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Edna and Tim Fortner, and brother-in-law, Paul Fortner.
