Funeral services for Jeffery Alan Vickers, 62, of Carrollton, will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, May 6, at Whitfield Funeral Homes and Crematory, South Chapel, with Mr. Roy Kelley officiating.
Mr. Vickers went to be with Lord Monday, May 2, 2022.
Mr. Vickers was born Nov. 29, 1959, in Atlanta, to the late William Kirby and Mary Jane Vickers.
He was strong in his faith as a Christian. Mr. Vickers enjoyed cooking, painting, listening to music, loved nature and being outdoors, and sports. Most of all, he loved reading his Bible, daily devotional time, and spending time with his family and friends whom he really loved and cared for.
Survivors include two brothers, Richard Kirby Vickers, Georgia and Johnny Scott Vickers, Canton; sister, Lori Vickers Burger, Dallas; nephews, Kirby Vickers II and Jack Vickers; and nieces, Katie Bittinger and Carly Burger.
The family will receive friends Friday, May 6, at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitfield Funeral Homes & Crematory, South Chapel, Baldwin.
