The family of Elizabeth V. Trupp, 94, of Cornelia, will gather privately for a celebration of her life. Her ashes were placed at Yonah Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Demorest.
Mrs. Trupp passed away July 25, 2022.
Born Aug. 16, 1927, in London, England, she was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Shapley. She was greatly loved by her late husband of 40 years, Willis (Bill) Trupp. Her eldest son, Chad Conklin, lost his life at age 24.
Elizabeth remained true to her heritage, being known as a great lady with charm and dignity.
She was the mother of three children from a former marriage.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Bill Busic; son, David Conklin; stepdaughters, Marylu Smith of Cleveland and Bonnie Fox of Lincoln, Nebraska; as well as 10 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were entrusted to Whitfield Funeral Homes & Crematory, North Chapel, Demorest.
