It all began with tow trucks.

   I’ve never been one to lose myself in a book. I have certainly read books and, though less frequently, still do. Yet the urge to curl up with a thick stack of pages continues to elude me.

   Doc Johnson croaked the other day.
   I am not being disrespectful. That’s what Doc wanted in his obituary: He croaked.

   There has been much debate across America in recent years about literature and what books are appropriate for whom.
