A private memorial service will be held for James Gregory McLeroy, 63, of Clarkesville, formerly of Athens.

Mr. McLeroy passed peacefully Saturday, May 28, 2022.

Gary Michael Lyle, 77, of Mount Airy, passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at home surrounded by his family. A graveside service honoring the life of Gary will be held at 10 a.m.

Mary Patricia “Pat” Kirves, 84, of Lanier Village, Gainesville, died Friday May 20, 2022. A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, June, 2, at 2 p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church in Gainesville.

Adell Wilson McAlister, 89, of Demorest, passed away Monday, May 23, 2022. Funeral services will be held at noon, Friday, May 27, in the chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Jackie P. Glaze, 87, of Cleveland, will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, May 27, at Union Grove Congregational Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Deborah Ann Eller, 59, of Demorest, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2022. No formal services are planned at this time.

Tessa Lynn Forrester Croy, 56, of Alto, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2022. Memorial services will be held at a later date.

A Celebration of Life for David Michael Byrd, 61, of Alto, will be held from 4 until 9 p.m., Friday, May 27, at his sister Tracy's residence, 207 Sugar Maple Drive, Cornelia.
