Memorial services for Jeffrey Louis "Jeff" Holbrook, 61, of Recluse, Wyoming, formerly of Clarkesville, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at Clarkesville Church of God with Pastor Tim Tanner officiating.
Mr. Holbrook passed away Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2021.
Born May 30, 1960, in Toccoa, he was the son of the late John Louis "Jack" Holbrook and Marilyn Johnson Davis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepdad, Charles L. Davis.
He was a truck driver for Hulsey Propane Transport of Cornelia as well as LP Gas for several years before leaving and fulfilling his life's dream of moving to the mountains of Wyoming.
Surviving are his loving wife, Tammy Pharris-Holbrook of Recluse, Wyoming; children, Menissa and Dexter Worley Jr. of Clarkesville, Aimee Byrd of Florida, Dustin Byrd of Clarkesville, Jurell Holbrook and fiancé, Alexa Allen of Lockwood, New York, Jennifer Holbrook and Eric Pooser of Atlanta, and Dakota Holbrook of Recluse, Wyoming; grandchildren, Chelsey Worley, Austin Worley, Madison Worley, Keara MacDougall, Ayla Semmendinger, Zane Semmendinger, Misha Byrd, Nicolai Byrd, Jaxson Holbrook, and Baby Boy Holbrook, on the way; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lisa H. and Doug Oliver of Mt. Airy, and Karen H. and Jim Webb of Clarkesville; stepbrother and sister-in-law, Ted and Joan Davis of Rockmart; stepsister, Deborah Densmore of Cleveland; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at the church from 1 p.m. until the service hour.
