Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 20, at Hillside Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Bill Trotter, the Rev. Carl King and the Rev. Jonathan Arrowood officiating. Interment followed the service in Victory Baptist Church Cemetery.
Phyllis Ann Collins Dills, 71, of Alto, passed away Saturday, July 17, 2021.
Born April 25, 1950, in Clarkesville, Mrs. Dills was the daughter of the late Frank Moore and the late Alice Stamey Moore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Grady William Collins; and brother, Larry Moore.
Mrs. Dills worked for Fieldale Farms and she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a member of Bible Landmark Church.
Survivors include son, Scott Collins of Toccoa; son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Melissa Collins of Martin; daughter, Carrie Collins of Cornelia; brothers, Gary Moore of Alto, Manuel Moore of Cornelia, and Douglas Moore of Commerce; sisters, Shelia Moore Weaver and Deborah Gosnell, both of Alto; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
