Funeral services for the Rev. Kendall Dale Mann, 52, of Clarkesville, were held Monday, Sept. 12, at Hillside Memorial Chapel in Clarkesville. The Rev. Rickey Cureton, the Rev. Dennis Wade, and the Rev. Gelacio Carapia officiated. Interment followed in the Union Baptist Church cemetery in Sautee-Nacoochee.

Rev. Mann took his heavenly flight home to be with the Lord Friday, Sept. 9, 2022.

Born March 7, 1970, in Kannapolis, North Carolina, he was a son of the late Kenneth Ray and Janice Gail Newell Mann. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Sam Robinson.

Kendall was a graduate of Habersham Central High School, class of 1988. He served his country proudly in the United States Army following Desert Storm. Kendall then surrendered his call to preach the gospel of Christ Oct. 11, 1998 and had over 25 years of dedicated service to the Lord. His love for the Lord and passion to see lost souls saved touched countless lives throughout his ministry. First was his love for Christ and next to his salvation was his love for his family. Kendall was a wonderful husband, loving father, and doting PawPaw. He was a member of Union Baptist Church in Sautee-Nacoochee.

Survivors include his loving wife of 32 years, Susan Robinson Mann of Clarkesville; children, Lauren Mann of Toccoa and Jacob and Victoria Mann and Lydia and Dillan Moore, all of Clarkesville; grandchildren, John Coen and Kenley Moore and Addison Mann, all of Clarkesville; sister, Teresa Renee Nesbitt of Clarkesville; mother-in-law, Joyce Ragan Robinson of Clarkesville; sister-in-law, Annah Robinson Harris of Royston; brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Janet Mann of Lake Wiley, North Carolina; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.
