Terry Randolph Carroll, 77, of Cleveland, formerly of Hall County, passed away Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022. Funeral services were held Saturday, Aug. 13, at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel. Interment followed in Westview Cemetery in Lula. Arrangements were entrusted to Whitfield Funeral Homes & Crematory, North Chapel, Demorest.
