After many successful years, the Circle of Hope’s Dancing with the Stars for Hope fundraising event ended on Aug. 12 with a Gala held at Ogletree Estates.
With 180 attendees, “The Last Dance” celebrated former participating dancing celebrities and volunteers who were instrumental in the fundraiser’s success. Dinner and dancing weren’t the only highlights of the event, as guests were also surprised by a choreographed dance performed by some former participants.
“Since 2015, our community has stepped up and significantly supported our mission through this fundraising event,” said Suzanne Dow, Circle of Hope Executive Director. “We are thankful to all the community members who danced and raised funds and the businesses and individuals who sponsored Dancing with the Stars for Hope. Fundraisers are essential to our agency to ensure we can help those needing our services.”
Participating dancers and supporting sponsors have raised over $963,000 since the event began.
