In this photo from July 1993, from the left, Ernest B. Snyder Sr., Buck Snyder and Joe Poole cut the ribbon for the Cornelia Depot after a renovation completed then. According to an article in The Northeast Georgian at the time, the elder Snyder was a retired Southern Railroad conductor and Poole was the last permanent depot agent in Cornelia.
