Seventeen students from Mrs. Lynn Augustine and Mrs. Amber Pirkle's kindergarten class at Woodville Elementary School answered The Northeast Georgian’s annual question, “How do you cook a turkey?” These are their responses.
- I shoot a turkey at a farm and bring it to my house. I toast it at 27 degrees for 66 minutes. Serve with cheese pizza and grits. Lawson Frady
- I get the turkey from the forest and cook it on the grill outside. Then I set the table outside. Cook at 200 degrees for 12 minutes. Serve with lettuce and milk. David Ghaleb
- I get the turkey from the woods and put it on the grill. Then I set the table. Cook the turkey at 102 degrees for 103 minutes and serve with salad leaves and croutons. Karalai Jarrard

- I hunt a turkey with a sword and cook the turkey at 1001 degrees for 15 minutes, then put the turkey on a plate on the table. Serve with salad and tomatoes and spinach. Emmett Shipman
