Clarkesville mobile home park residents hit hard by Hurricane Delta

  • Flash flooding from Hurricane Delta on Oct. 11 trapped some residents of Lunar Eclipse Mobile Home Park, located just outside Clarkesville city limits, inside their homes, and trapped others on their roofs.
