HMC ready for tree decorating contest

The halls of Habersham Medical Center will be full of Christmas cheer again this year with the annual tree decorating contest.

Habersham Medical Center's annual tree decorating contest will begin Monday, Nov. 22.

All trees will be up and decorated by Friday, Dec. 3. The theme is "Favorite Christmas Movie"

and the trees will adorn hallway areas throughout the hospital.

There are three winning categories for the various departments of the hospital:

• Theme Winner (most reflective of the movie)

• Best in Show

• Most Creative

Winners will be announced Friday, Dec. 17.

All trees in the hospital must be appropriately labeled or identified or certified by the manufacturer as fire retardant.
