Dr. Roderic “Bo” Rochester was named the 2022 recipient of the B.J. Palmer Lifetime Achievement Award. This international award honors one upper cervical chiropractor who has spent a lifetime devoted to the philosophy, science, and art of upper cervical chiropractic.
Rochester is a distinguished textbook author, published researcher, designer of multiple digital radiographic analysis programs, and lecturer in the field of chiropractic. He practices at Chiropractic Spine Center of North Georgia, Inc., in Clarkesville.
He has received multiple recognitions, including being named the 1995 and 2013 Researcher of the Year, as well as Orthospinology’s 2013 Chiropractor of the Year. In 2015, he received his Fellow in Chiropractic Craniocervical Junction Procedures. In 2018, he was honored as the Upper Cervical Chiropractor of the Year.
“I’m completely humbled to receive such a prestigious award,” Rochester said. “It’s an honor to serve the profession and the wonderful patients we have here in Clarkesville.”
The award was given by the Upper Cervical Council of the International Chiropractors Association,
the world’s oldest international chiropractic professional organization, at its conference on June 12 in Marietta.

Rochester specializes in some of the most advanced chiropractic procedures available to identify and correct the cause of many health problems and spinal-related conditions.
Rochester has served North Georgia since 1986.
