Spend $26 on the 26th to infuse local economy
Receipts from any local purchase of $26 or more made Nov. 26 can be turned in for a drawing, with winners to be announced in the Dec. 9 Weekend edition of The Northeast Georgian. Turn in receipts by Wednesday, Dec. 7 at 5 p.m.
Receipts can be dropped off at The Habersham Chamber of Commerce, Clarkesville City Hall, Cornelia City Hall or The Northeast Georgian. Please make sure to write your name and phone number on the back of your receipt.

Shop Local coloring contest
Contest winners will be eligible for a $10 McDonald’s gift card and will be recognized in the Dec. 9 edition of The Northeast Georgian. The deadline to submit your picture is Wednesday, Dec. 7 at 5 p.m.
There will be winners selected from three age groups, 3-5 years old, 6-9 years old and 10-12 years old. Please include the name, age and a phone number to contact.
