Woodmaster becomes independent contractor

During Thursday night's meeting, Baldwin's council unanimously approved an independent contractor agreement between the city and Chief Administrative Officer Emily Woodmaster, who will become an independent contractor the city effective immediately.

Woodmaster's last official day as Baldwin's Chief Administrative Officer will be tomorrow, Nov. 7.

She will continue to work with the city in an independent capacity until Dec. 31.
