A Homegoing Celebration of Life service for Annie Mae McFalls Brown, 60, of Clarkesville, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, 2022 at Hillside Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Larry Brown officiating.

Mrs. Brown went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022 due to complications from COVID-19.

Born Oct. 9, 1961, in Hiawassee, she was a daughter of the late C.B. and Stella Louise Gibson McFalls. In addition to her parents, Annie was preceded in death by her brothers, L.C. McFalls, John McFalls, Jeffery McFalls, and Anthony Keith McFalls.

Annie was a graduate of North Georgia Technical College in 1979 with a degree as a licensed practical nurse. She went on to pursue her degree as a registered nurse, graduating Regents College, Albany, New York in 2000. Annie was a devout Christian woman who faithfully stood beside her husband in his call to minister the gospel of Christ. Her love and legacy will continue on through her loving family.

Survivors include her loving husband of 41 years, the Rev. Larry Brown; son, Jonathan Brown; and granddaughter, Vita Isabelle Brown, all of Clarkesville; sisters, Leila McFalls and Mary Garrett, both of Hiawassee; and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the service hour Saturday, Feb. 26.
