Funeral services for Betty Jo Brown Caudell, 89, of Baldwin, were held Saturday, October 5, in the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin and Stewart Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenneth McEntire officiating. Burial followed in Line Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Caudell passed away Thursday, Oct. 3, 2019.
Born April 12, 1930, in Homer, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Reba Mangum Brown. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Brannon Caudell; and brother, Paul Brown Jr.
Mrs. Caudell was a member of Line Baptist Church and was formerly employed with Walmart. She had a green thumb and could grow the most beautiful flowers.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Michael B. and Frances Caudell of New Ellenton, South Carolina; sister, Bobbie Dalton of Alto; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
