A gathering of family and friends of Brent Thomas, 38, of Lawrenceville, formerly of Cornelia, will be held at Hillside Memorial Chapel in Clarkesville Sunday, Feb. 20, from 4 until 6 p.m.
Mr. Thomas passed away Friday, Feb. 11, 2022.
Born Aug. 29, 1983, in Demorest, he was a son of Glenn Thomas of Demorest and Lisa London Rolader of Lawrenceville. Brent was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leon London and Henry and Ruby Thomas.
Growing up, Brent was very artistic from a young age and enjoyed life to the fullest. He was a graduate of Habersham Central High School, class of 2001, and employed with CR Lighting Company. Brent enjoyed a variety of different sports and was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan. Most of all, he loved his family deeply and spending precious time with his children.
Survivors include his children, Carson, Landon, and Kinsley; mother and stepfather, Lisa and Jim Rolader of Lawrenceville; father and stepmother, Glenn and Charlene Thomas of Demorest; sister and brother-in-law, Hillary and Michael Gosnell of Clarkesville; brother, Andy Thomas of Clarkesville; grandparents, Joyce and Thurlow Tomlin of Cornelia and Myrtle Rolader of Tucker; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
