Funeral services for Charlotte Judy Adams, 72, of Cornelia, were held Monday Aug.24, at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Lewis Fortner officiated. Interment followed at White Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Adams passed away Friday, Aug. 21, 2020.
Born June 23, 1948, in Gainesville, she was the daughter of the late Lucas and Bartie Smith Savage. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Elwayne Brock, Tex Savage, Tola Core, and Terry Savage.
Mrs. Adams was a nurse at the Northeast Georgia Diagnostic Clinic and a member of White Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Larry Adams of Cornelia; son, Christopher S. Adams of Cleveland; son and daughter-in-law, David N. and Cari Adams of Cornelia; grandchildren, Jacob Adams, Daniel Hester, Brian Cantrell Jr., Bria Kellar, Nathaniel Adams, and Adeline Adams; great-grandchild, Emeline Kellar; brother and sister-in-law, Clinton and Pat Savage of Cornelia.
