Memorial services for Deborah "Debbie" G. Martin, 69, of Lilburn, formerly of Baldwin, were held Sunday, May 16, at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel with Pastor Matt Baker officiating. Interment followed in Baldwin City Cemetery.
Mrs. Martin went to be with the Lord Thursday, May 13, 2021.
Born Jan. 18, 1952, in Phoenix, Arizona, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Alfred Tyson Martin; daughter, Leona Martin; granddaughter, Victoria Martin; and mother, Barbara Schabert.
Mrs. Martin was a member of Baldwin Baptist Church. Debbie was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Her grandchildren knew her as "Nana."
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Jason and Kara Martin of Lula, and Christopher and Jana Martin of Lilburn; brother, Larry Schabert of Washington State; sister-in-law, Hazel Cook of Alto; brothers-in-law, Ronald Martin of Lula, and Brantley Martin of Oakwood; six grandchildren, Rylee Martin, Bennett Martin, Madeline Martin, Piper Martin, Finley Martin, and Ford Martin.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitfield Funeral Homes & Crematory, South Chapel, Baldwin.
