Graveside services for Donald Loyd Hamilton, 75, of Tiger, were held Tuesday, Dec. 21, at Wolf Creek Baptist Church cemetery. The Rev. Michael Rogers officiated.
Mr. Hamilton passed away Sunday, Dec. 19, 2021, at Winder Nursing Home and Rehab.
Born Nov. 30, 1946, in Rabun County, he was the son of the late Milford Josh Hamilton and Fairy Mae Eller Smith.
He worked in maintenance at Clarksville Mills. He was a member of Wolf Creek Baptist Church.
He is survived by a brother, David and Wanda Smith of Tiger; and three sisters and brothers-in-law, Janice and Chris Tatum of Clayton, Cathy and Danny White of Tiger, and Lora and Greg Parker of Clayton. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The family is at their respective residences.
Arrangements were in the care of Hunter Funeral Home, Clayton.
