A private family service for Dorothy Jean Dreher Mabry, 94, of Alto, was held at an earlier date.
Mrs. Mabry went to be with the Lord Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2019.
Born July 19, 1925, in Wrightsville, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Ben F. and Alice E. Dreher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Mabry; five brothers; and three sisters. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Mrs. Mabry was a member of Level Grove Baptist Church. During WWII, she worked in a defense plant. After the war, Mrs. Mabry became the owner/operator of several school buses.
Survivors include a local niece, Dolores Irvin and her husband, Charles of Demorest; and a host of nieces and nephews in Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Level Grove Building Fund.
