Private family services for Elizabeth "Beth" Roberts Maney, 79, of Demorest, will be held with Rev. Steve Doran officiating. Interment will be held in Yonah Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Maney passed away Friday, Dec. 25, 2020.
Born Jan. 16, 1941, in Habersham County, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Faye Henry Roberts. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jim Roberts.
Mrs. Maney was a 1959 Graduate of South Habersham High School. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cornelia, where she was a member of the choir and the Friendship Sunday School Class. Mrs. Maney was formerly employed with the Appalachian Travel Service and Amos & Murray CPA.
Survivors include her loving husband of 60 years, Marvin Maney of Demorest; sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Joy Maney of Cornelia, and Stan and Sonya Maney of Dalton; sisters, Jo Anne Roberts of Cornelia, and Peggy Seabolt of Roanoke, Alabama; brother and sister-in-law, William F. "Bill" and Judy Roberts of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Mageline Maney, Tyler Maney, Kelsey Maney, Miranda Marlowe, and Morgan Brookshire.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Maney's memory to the First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 96, Cornelia, GA 30531.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Whitfield Funeral Homes & Crematory, North Chapel, Demorest.
