Graveside services for Mr. Garry M. Shubert, 76, of Alto, will be held in the near future at Mt. Zion Methodist Church cemetery in Alto with Mr. Ken Franklin officiating. Mr. Shubert's wishes were to be cremated.
Mr. Shubert passed away at his home Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2021.
Born Apr. 3, 1945, in Alto, Mr. Shubert was the son of the late William "Bill" Shubert and Bonnie Ayers Shubert. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Larry and Jerry Shubert.
He was employed with Ethicon, Inc. for over 45 years as a braider cleaner. He enjoyed fishing, Georgia football, and talking about history.
He is survived by sisters-in-law, Evelyn Shubert and Marsha Shubert; and his nieces and nephews.
