Funeral services for Jean Jiles Harrison, 77, of Clarkesville, were held in the Hillside Memorial Chapel Saturday Feb. 1. Interment followed the service in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Clarkesville.
Mrs. Harrison went to be with the Lord Wednesday Jan. 29, 2020.
Born July 28, 1942, at Fontana Dam, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Lola Jiles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Skeet Harrison; brother, Almon Jiles; and sisters, Clarice Jiles Owens and Evelyn Jiles Bowen.
Mrs. Harrison was of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Harrison is survived by her son and daughter-in- law, Billy and Aileen Harrison of Clarkesville; two sisters, Lois Jiles Clark and Edith Jiles Gipson, both of Lakemont; four grandchildren, Shae, Ella Grace, Ashton and Riley; as well as several nieces and nephews.
