Joe Anne Hodges Crowe, 83, formerly of Cecil, passed away April 25, 2020, at her daughters home in Mt. Airy, surrounded by her loved ones. No formal services are planned at this time. Habersham Crematory of Cornelia is in charge of arrangements.
