A private family Celebration of Life for Johnny Lee Higginbotham, 53, of Demorest, will be held later. His wishes were to be cremated.
Mr. Higginbotham passed away Friday, Jan. 21, 2022.
Born May 4, 1968, in Atlanta, he was a son of the late William Higginbotham, Sr. and Roxanne Knight Gravitt. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons, Stephen Higginbotham and Donald Higginbotham; brother, Preston Higginbotham; and sister, Katherine Higginbotham Jackson.
Johnny will be missed deeply by his family and friends.
Survivors include his son, Jonathan Higginbotham of Oklahoma; brothers, William Higginbotham, Jr. of Alto and Danny Higginbotham of Demorest; five grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
