Joseph “Jackie” R. Sosebee Jr., 75, of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2020. Funeral services were held Monday, Aug.10, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Interment followed at Monroe Cemetery. Barrett Funeral Home of Cleveland was in charge of the arrangements.
