Private graveside services for Mildred Anderson Ellison, 92, of Clarkesville, will be held at the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Teresa Franklin officiating.
Mrs. Ellison passed away Friday, April 24, 2020.
Born May 23, 1927, in Clarkesville, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Leona Trotter Anderson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles James "CJ" Ellison; her sister, Doris Taylor; and a brother, Homer Anderson.
Mrs. Anderson was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church. She was a loving wife and homemaker.
Survivors include her two sisters, Evelyn Dockery of Cornelia, and Ruth McAllister of Demorest; brother, Bill Anderson of Clarkesville; and sister-in-law, Judy Ellison. Survivors also include several nieces, nephews, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be to the Georgia Baptist Children's Home, P. O. Box 329, Palmetto, Georgia 30268.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Whitfield Funeral Homes & Crematory, North Chapel, Demorest.
