Memorial services for Patricia Ann Poole Aaron, 74, of Toccoa, are scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, at the chapel of McGahee-Griffin and Stewart Funeral Home with Dr. Roy Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Nails Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Aaron passed away Thursday, Aug. 29, 2019.
Born Dec. 1, 1944, in Commerce, she was the daughter of the late John Bruce and Jennie Lou Bellamy Poole. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd Aaron; and son-in-law, Dale Reeves.
Mrs. Aaron enjoyed word searches, crossword puzzles, reading and shopping. She was a member of Nails Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, Matthew Scott Rogers (Kelly) of Commerce; daughters, Karen David Reeves of Athens, and Teresa Swain (Scott) of Commerce; brothers, Ralph Poole (Hoyt Wilson) of Demorest, Larry Poole (Bernice) of Alto, Roger Poole (Alice) of Toccoa, and Kenneth Poole of Toccoa; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the service hour Saturday at the funeral home.
