Raymond "Ray" Blackburn, 92, of Alto, Georgia went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2021.
Funeral services were held Friday, Sept. 24, at Alto C.H. Church. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to the Whitfield Funeral Homes & Crematory, South Chapel, Baldwin.
