Funeral services for Renee Allen Hogg, 57, of Demorest, were held Tuesday, Dec. 29, at Crossroads Baptist Church, Alto, interment followed the service in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Hogg passed away Saturday, Dec. 26, 2020.
Born Dec. 8, 1963, Renee was the daughter of the late William Ernest Allen and Kathleen Everett Allen. In addition to her parents, Renee was preceded in death by brothers, William Michael Allen and Dilmus Lamar Allen.
Renee had a love for flowers and was formerly employed with Molly's Nursery. She was a homemaker and a member of Crossroads Baptist Church. She was very crafty and enjoyed painting pictures and sharing her creations with others. She loved her family, her church family, and more than anything she cherished her grandchildren. Her happy place was to be surrounded by those she loved.
Survivors include husband, Ronnie Hogg of Demorest; sons and daughters-in-law, Dustin and Erica Allen of Jefferson, and Ron and Ashley Hogg of Moultrie; sister and brother-in-law, Janice and Ray Davis of Demorest; sister-in-law, Tonya Allen of Alabama; grandchildren, Peyton Allen, Marissa Hogg, Maranda Hogg, Brantley Allen, Marleigh Hogg and Avery Allen; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
