William Carlos “Bill” Jackson, 82, of Homer and formerly of Decatur, died peacefully Jan. 6, 2021. Memorial services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, July 31, at Nacoochee Presbyterian Church. There will be a reception following the service in the church fellowship hall. McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Funeral Home of Cornelia is in charge of arrangements.
